* Education and/or Experience - bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Technology ot 5 years related experience.


* Experience supervising hourly manufacturing employees


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with aerospace, fastening, or precision manufacturing processes preferred.
