CNA Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and assist the nursing team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Duties Include:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition


* Assist with meals, hydration, feeding, and after-meal care


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment


* Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights and resident needs


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Accurately document care provided in charts and flow sheets


* Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and privacy procedures


* Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members


* Support restorative nursing and rehabilitation programs

CNA Qualifications


* Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude


* Strong communication and observation skills


* Ability to follow care plans and document accurately


* Commitment to treating every resident with dignity, kindness, and respect
