Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Procurement - Chemical Category Leader will direct the end-to-end procurement strategy for the Chemicals Category.

This role will lead a team of four with focus on delivering cost efficiency, quality, innovation, and sustainability outcomes that enable J&J's business growth.

Serving as the category leader and subject‑matter expert, the Senior Manager, Chemical Category Lead will partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Legal, Finance, and additional stakeholders to define category sourcing strategies, shape the supply base, and drive supplier performance.
