We are searching for the best talent for Sales Manager - Surgery.

Purpose:

Responsible for driving focus on the growth opportuinties in Saudi market for Endomech/Energy business in the new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.

In addition coordinate and lead sales and marketing activities across the country.

This job is eligible for sales commission.

You will be responsible for:

Sales Achievement, Planning & Execution:


* Managing daily advertising and sales promotion activities.


* Recommending product modifications or improvements to product line.


* Providing input for the development of products and anticipates a customer need/solution approach.


* Developing sales processes and pricing models.


* Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.


* Communicating and tracking short and long range sales and marketing plans.


* Implementing marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales, and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit.


* Researching new markets and applications for volume growth.
