Purpose

Support the Hong Kong Vision Care Commercial Excellence team by driving sales operations excellence through business performance management and commercial process administration & governance.

You will be responsible for:

1.

Business Performance Reporting & Management


* Own sales dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and data quality management.


* Support business reviews, forecast tracking, and management reporting by highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

2.

Accrual, Rebate & Settlement Operations


* Prepare accruals, rebate cycles, settlements, true-ups, reconciliations, and credit-note requests.


* Maintain calculations, approvals, system processing, and issue resolution at payer and account level.
