Within the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain Procurement organization, the Global MedTech External Warehousing Procurement Team is responsible for building and implementing logistics solutions that develop a world-class network of best-value suppliers meeting J&J business needs of supply quality and reliability, responsiveness, cost competitiveness, and access to technology and innovation to fuel superior growth.

The Manager, External Warehousing Procurement supports execution of category strategies, sourcing events, and supplier management across External Warehousing.

This role works closely with Senior Managers/Directors and cross-functional partners to deliver cost, service, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities


* Execute end-to-end sourcing and RFP activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.


* Execute negotiations and contract implementation, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.


* Apply and reinforce standardized procurement practices (COE), ensuring consistent execution of sourcing processes, governance, and tools across engagements.


* Lead and partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align on requirements, scope, and pricing structures.


* Own supplier performance management, including KPI tracking, issue resolution, ...
