This role will direct the development of end-to-end leadership in an important portfolio in the Packing Category space for JNJ Innovative Medicine.

This includes strategy development, shaping key relationships within the business and managing key supplier relationships.

This role covers the E2E scope (including development, through commercial to base business management) of the Primary Packaging space and requires a PG30 Global Category Manager with strong procurement and business acumen to lead this space in a compelling manner.

Key responsibilities:


* Develop and execute E2E Packaging Procurement strategies that are aligned with the business/sector needs including sourcing strategy, negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets (Cost drivers, risk analysis, mitigation, analytics, applicability / of category value creation).



* Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations.
