Location: Lubbock, TX
Salary: $75,000-$102,000 annually

What You'll Do


* Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).


* Coach and train production employees on quality standards, HACCP, regulatory requirements, and procedures.


* Partner with Production and Operations to identify and resolve quality issues.


* Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.


* Help implement updated policies and procedures as regulations change.


* Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.


* Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints.


* Build a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring


* Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 1+ year of progressive QA experience in food, feed, agriculture, manufacturing, or a related science field; or qualifying Land O'Lakes rotational program experience.


* Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.


* Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.


* Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.


* Strong attention to detail, organization, and integrity.


* Preferred: 2+ years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing, supervisory or regulatory experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements, HACCP, and quality management systems.
