Position Summary The Sales Operations Representative plays a key role in advancing the goals of the Sales Operations team by delivering high-quality support to both the Sales team members and leadership within the department.
This role involves a wide range of support responsibilities, including maintaining and updating departmental system information, assisting with financial operations, coordinating projects, and contributing to marketing initiatives and event execution.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new users to departmental applications, while providing ongoing support for data management and user maintenance.Deliver dedicated support to departmental managers, helping to ensure the efficient execution of core functions such as planning and communications.Provide comprehensive support in all aspects of profit sharing and distribution processes.Facilitate and oversee travel arrangements for leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal efficiency.
Compile and manage expense reports while meticulously tracking overall travel expenditures to maintain budgetary adherence.Procure and maintain marketing materials and promotional items that are essential for sales managers and account managers, ensuring the necessary resources are available for success.Process departmental invoices and payments, maintaining financial integrity and accountability.Participate in the creation of marketing and related event materials.Utilize basic project management skills to coordinate and execute events, meticulously arranging logistics to ensure successful outcomes.Maintain promotional inventory to ensure availability and timely distribution of materials.Execute targeted campaigns, leveraging digital marketing tools to engage with clients and prospects.Produce and distribute agency surveys to gather feedback and insights for continual improvement.Provide support for agency and producer licensing, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.Deliver essential support to the Sales team members.Perform CRM support duties.Perform other duties as assigned.
