GENERAL DESCRIPTION Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is seeking a Resource Development Coordinator to support our fast paced Resource Development Team.

The Coordinator will allow for consistent approach in donor relations, reliable donor research, applicable data input, tracking and reporting as well as entry level fundraising assistance.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Donor Research and Stewardship: Assist with donor prospecting; research industry sponsorship deliverables, collect and compile donor metrics for impact reports, preparing donor visit packets, and handling general donor inquires.Meeting and Event Support: Coordinate key internal and external meetings, research and reserve space, prepare agendas, order refreshments, take and distribute minutes, provide in person event support including build days.General Administration: Update and distribute essential team documents, provide data support as needed including donor research, preparing donor files, running reports, recording actions and input/import of information to our database SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, (credit) authorization, and a driving record checkMust have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA Drivers License, and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance.12 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, or a similar support role.Ability to accurately input, track, and manage data in CRM systemSkilled in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing event logistics.Comfortable providing on-site support for events, including volunteer build days.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt during live events.
