About the Role
We are looking for a driven and technically astute DocuSign Application IT Owner & Integration Analyst to join the Schneider Digital team.

This role combines application ownership accountability with deep integration and API development expertise, serving as the central technical authority for the DocuSign platform within Schneider Electric's global IT landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining integrations between DocuSign and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless, reliable, and secure digital agreement workflows across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Ownership


* Act as the primary IT owner and single point of contact (SPOC) for the DocuSign application across Schneider Electric globally.


* Manage the full application lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, upgrades, renewals, and decommissioning.


* Govern application SLAs, availability, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.


* Collaborate with the DocuSign vendor and internal procurement teams for license management, support escalations, and contract negotiations.


* Maintain comprehensive application documentation including architecture diagrams, integration maps, and runbooks.

Integration & API Development


* Design, develop, and maintain integrations between DocuSign and enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.) using REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools.


* Implement Connect notifications, and event-driven patterns to trigger downstream business processes in real time.


* Build and maintain integration middleware pipelines using tools such as Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, or equivalent platforms.
