Senior Program Manager - Customer Technical Digital Training

The Technical Capability & Workforce Development Lead shapes and scales Schneider Electric's technical learning ecosystem for external learners.
Acting as the strategic bridge between Business Units, technical academies, subject matter experts, certification owners and external ecosystem partners, the role transforms Schneider Electric expertise into scalable learning pathways, certifications, communities and workforce-development initiatives, with dedicated role-based programs for electricians and contractors
Key responsibilities
Technical capability strategy
* Partner with Business Units and technical academies to define and evolve Energy Tech Academy's long-term capability roadmap.
* Identify priority skill domains, workforce requirements and emerging learning needs linked to electrification, automation, digitalization, software and sustainability.
* Drive alignment across technical organizations toward a shared external capability-building strategy.
* Recommend strategic learning priorities, investments and workforce-development initiatives to senior stakeholders.
* Monitor industry trends, workforce challenges and skill gaps affecting the energy transition.
Role-based learning pathways and certification architecture
* Lead the design and evolution of role-based technical learning programs exclusively for the Electrician and Contractor customer personas.
* Define competency frameworks covering foundational, intermediate and advanced levels of technical expertise.
* Design progressive learning journeys supporting workforce readiness, technology adoption and professional development.
* Create scalable learning architectures and global standards that can be applied consistently across markets.
* Connect learning pathways with assessments, certifications, digital credentials and professional recognition.
* Coordinate Business Units and subject matter experts to ensure technical relevance, practical application and market alignment.
Electrician and contractor workforce development
* Define Energy Tech Academy's global capability frameworks for electricians and contractors, working closely to the Elecritcians and Contractors persona leaders, within the Divisions.
* Design learning pathways spanning residential, infra-structure, commercial, industrial and emerging energy technologies.
* Partner with technical leaders to identify the critical skills required by the future electrical workforce.
* Work with industry associations, vocational institutions, training organizations and certification bodies to strengthen relevance and credibility.
