Job Summary
With Safety as a primary responsibility, this position is responsible for supervising overall plant operations and employees to ensure non-stop production of top-quality products.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee production team to maintain all plant fundamentals - Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, Preventative Maintenance
* Enforce safety policies and procedures
* Drive key metrics and work for continuous improvement in the plant
* Oversee the daily preventative maintenance program and coordinate maintenance projects
* Recruit, train and mentor employees
* Maintain discipline and address rule violations
* Adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs
* Flexibility to work different shifts to support team, as needed

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Maintenance experience and/or sufficient mechanical aptitude is needed
* Minimum two years industry and general office experience
* Knowledge of construction products, computers, basic accounting, and inventory
* Working knowledge of manufacturing / production plants preferred
* Employee management experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
* Endure intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
* Walking and standing for long periods of time
Compensation
* The hourly pay rate is $30-$36 BOE
* Vacation hours of two weeks per year
* Sick leave benefits in accordance with State Laws
