* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 7 years' experience in Information Technology


* Minimum 5 year's project management experience


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Working knowledge of Cloud HCM solutions; Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management a plus,.

AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals for hybrid deployments


* Define coding standards, change‑management processes, and security controls for the HCM platform.


* Work closely with ORACLE support and AMS providers to monitor system health, tune batch jobs, and recommend hardware or cloud scaling.

Liaise with Oracle support, third‑party integrators, and cloud service providers.


* Oversee master data governance, data migration, and data quality initiatives.


* Provide technical solutioning expertise and exercise consultative role in the design of end‑to‑end HCM integrations (e.g., payroll, talent, workforce) that meet business goals.


* Familiarity with Time and Attendance processes and supporting tools and applications, Assist and facilitate translation of business strategy into technical roadmaps; evaluate new Oracle HCM releases and add‑ons.
