Job Description and Key Responsibilities

This role will lead global Oncology Communications & Public Affairs for the Solid Tumor portfolio and pipeline, spanning lung, head and neck, and gastrointestinal cancers, as well as Interventional Oncology.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Solid Tumors, this leader will oversee product, reputation, public affairs, and organizational communications and partner across global, regional, market, and enterprise teams to support business priorities and strengthen stakeholder trust.

As a key leader within Innovative Medicine Communications & Public Affairs, this individual will strengthen Johnson & Johnson's reputation as a global innovator in solid tumors and foster collaboration and shared accountability across the organization.

The role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across key functions, translating business objectives and stakeholder insights into integrated strategies that balance global scale with local relevance.
