Position Summary The Field Foreman leads fall protection projects by safely fabricating, inspecting, and installing systems on job sites nationwide within budgeted timeframes and under the direction of Project Managers.

This role supervises Installation Technicians and contract labor, provides training and support to Installers, and communicates professionally with customers and team members.

The Field Foreman reads and interprets construction drawings, performs AWS D1.1compliant field welding, and ensures all work meets engineering, inspection, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Layout and installation of fall protection systems on job sites nationwide under the direction of Project Managers.

Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate placement of components and compliance with plans.

Complete project tasks, including job packing, inventory tracking, and tool organization.

Give support and offer training to Installers Conduct equipment testing and certification under supervision in line with engineering specifications.

Complete and submit accurate project documentation, including redlines, test logs, safety records, daily reports, and site photos.

Maintain precise records of time worked, per diem, and travel activity.

Adhere to all company and site-specific safety protocols and maintain proper PPE.

Show initiative, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous skill development and performance improvement.
