Air Freight Specialist

Join our dynamic Team at DHL Global Forwarding! We are looking for an Air Freight Specialist, within our Air Freight Import Department, at our Port Moresby  Office.

We are looking for someone with strong time management, a focus on delivering exceptional customer excellence and a wide understanding of the air freight industry, to join our team as a specialist to execute a range of shipment related activities, ensure accurate invoicing and effective dispute resolution. 
 

You will be accountable to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the import process, while driving profitability on each job file and ensuring all documentation is in place to ensure a seamless air freight import experience. 
 

To be successful in this role  

You will bring a strong understanding of air import processes and regulations, with experience across a range of customer types within the air freight industry along with a demonstrated history of delivering a great customer experience.

You will also need a background in operational administration, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving industry.
