Over de afdeling

Drug Product Research & Development (DPRD) maakt deel uit van de R&D-organisatie en speelt een cruciale rol bij het maken van geneesmiddelen voor onze patiënten tijdens de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product.

Binnen deze organisatie is het Pharmaceutical Supply & Engineering Sciences-team (PSES) verantwoordelijk voor de opschaling en optimalisatie van formuleringen en processen die leiden tot de succesvolle klinische productie van nieuwe Drug Products (DP).

Elk jaar bevoorraden we meer dan 60.000 patiënten in meer dan 300 klinische studies.
De PSES DP Pilot Plant omvat twee operationele gebieden:


* Solids area: orale vaste toedieningsvormen met batch productietechnologieën zoals granulatie, tabletteren, coaten en sproeidrogen, maar ook Continuous Manufacturing-technologie, die de ontwikkeling en productie van orale vaste toedieningsvormen in de nabije toekomst fundamenteel zal veranderen.


* Liquids & Parenterals area: vroege ontwikkeling van vloeibare en parenterale producten voor zowel Small Molecules als Large Molecules (monoklonale antilichamen).

Voor onze DP Pilot Plant in Beerse (Antwerpen) zijn wij op zoek naar een Ontwikkelingsoperator Liquids & Parenterals voor een tijdelijke functie met een looptijd van vijf jaar.

Deze functie rapporteert aan de Supervisor Liquids & Parenterals.
Jouw rol

Als operator voer je zelfstandig klinische productieactiviteiten uit.

Productkwaliteit is altijd belangrijk, maar vereist in een steriele omgeving een nog hoger aandachtsniveau.

Daarom worden technische competenties, GMP-kennis en ervaring met aseptische productietechnieken als essentiële kwalificaties beschouwd.
