Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr.

Manager, Labeling Product Owner, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or New Brunswick, NJ or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN.

This role is accountable for defining and delivering the Labeling System product that enables reliable, compliant, and scalable label printing operations across DePuy Synthes.

The Labeling Product Owner partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into a clear technology roadmap and to lead end to end delivery of Labeling capabilities.

This position has a direct impact on operational performance, compliance, and digital transformation across the manufacturing and distribution network, and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities


* Own and drive the Labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supply Chain and manufacturing and distribution business priorities.



* Act as the primary product owner for Labeling platforms, translating business requirements into prioritized backlogs and actionable delivery plans.

Lead platform consolidation and modernization initiative.



* Lead end‑to‑end Labeling solution delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.



* Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure Labeling solutions support GMP, data integrity, and audit readiness requirements.



* Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, including scope definition, performance management, and financial oversight.



* Establish and monitor product KPIs to measure value realization, system performance, and user adoption.

Develop and Optimize Total cost of ownership modeling for Labeling platforms.
