Circularity & Green Materials Transformation Lead

Own and lead the end-to-end transformation program for circularity and green materials across Secure Power.

Translate sustainability ambitions into an actionable roadmap, mobilize lines of business and cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business and environmental outcomes across our lines of business.

This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across a global matrix organization.

The Program Lead will connect Secure Power priorities with broader Schneider Electric teams and capabilities to accelerate transformation and scale impact.

Key Responsibilities


* Own the transformation roadmap, priorities, governance, milestones, risks, and outcomes.



* Identify, assess, and prioritize circularity and green materials projects based on environmental impact, business value, and implementation feasibility.



* Establish a robust tracking mechanism to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and connect initiatives to business impact.



* Lead execution across Secure Power lines of business and Schneider Electric functions, including procurement, supply chain, services, operations, product management, and sustainability.



* Engage senior leaders and key stakeholders to align priorities, clarify accountabilities, secure resources, and accelerate decision-making.



* Drive programs covering sustainable materials, product life extension, repair, refurbishment, reuse, take-back, and recycling.



* Embed circularity into sourcing, operations, services, commercial activities, and business decisions.



* Mobilize workstream leaders and partners, remove barriers, manage dependencies, and maintain accountability for delivery.



* Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to advance responsible sourcing, recycled content, material transparency, and carbon reduction.



* Lead change management, communication, and adoption across teams, businesses, and regions.


* Own performance tracking and executive reporting, including embodied carbon, material footprint, recycled content, recovery rates, and associated business benefits.

Qualifications


* Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.



* 5+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs in a global, cross-functional organization.



* Demonstrated ability to own programs from strategy and roadmap definition through implementation and measurable impact.



* Proven experience engaging senior executives, lines of business, functional teams, and regional stakeholders.



* Strong ability to influence without direct authority and align stakeholders with different objectives and priorities.



* Excellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, governance, change management, and executive communication skills.



* Working knowledge of circular economy, sustainable materials, lifecycle assessment, or responsible sourcing.
