1(DA戦略)各DA戦略•戦術立案においてプロアクティブに営業インサイトを提供し、Marketing Directorとともに最適な顧客セグメンテ-ション＆タ-ゲティング、営業活動頻度/KPI Target、Sales Incentivesを設計して、活動インパクト•成果を最大化する(毎期)
2(DA推進)製品戦略に沿った営業KPI設計＝＞トラック＝＞分析＝＞アクション提案のサイクル実行をリ-ドし、スピ-ディに機会特定し、営業組織の競争力•成果向上をドライブする(Daily)
3(事業戦略)STポ-トフォリオ戦略(Late Pipeline考慮) に基づいた営業組織設計をリ-ドし(SFE/MKT連携し)、最適なGo-to-Market Model構築に貢献する
