At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY The eLearning Specialist will develop, modernize, package, test, and maintain digital learning products for technical audiences.

Working from approved instructional designs and validated source content, the specialist will build accessible, engaging, and technically reliable eLearning, microlearning, multimedia, simulations, assessments, and blended-learning components.

The role works closely with Instructional Systems Designers, subject matter experts, learning systems personnel, multimedia and graphics staff, and quality and Section 508 specialists to deliver LMS-ready products that are reusable, maintainable, and portable across current and future learning platforms.

This anticipated position is contingent upon task order award and client requirements.

DUTIES Develop complete eLearning modules and finish, revise, or modernize partially developed courseware using Government-approved authoring and multimedia tools.Translate approved storyboards, scripts, learning objectives, source materials, and design specifications into interactive digital learning experiences for professional adult learners.Build eLearning, microlearning, knowledge checks, assessments, branching scenarios, simulations, multimedia, videos, graphics, and other digital learning components appropriate to the content and audience.Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers to align interactions, media, practice, and assessments with learning objectives, adult learning principles, ADDIE or equivalent methods, and instructional quality standards.Work with program subject matter experts to clarify source content and incorporate validated changes while preserving technical, scientific, and regulatory accuracy.Tailor Government-furnished learning materials and, when specifically authorized, provide limited contextualization of commercial learning resourc...
