Position Summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President, Global Managed Services Operations to serve as the senior executive leader for our India-based Managed Services organization.

Reporting to executive leadership, this role will be responsible for overseeing a large-scale global delivery organization supporting healthcare IT and other emerging technology markets.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for service delivery, operational excellence, financial performance, workforce development, client satisfaction, and digital transformation initiatives.

This executive will act as both a hands-on client-facing leader and an organizational leader responsible for building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.

The role requires deep experience in IT Consulting, Managed Services, Professional Services, or Outsourcing organizations, along with a proven track record of leading complex global operations and driving organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, operational discipline, market awareness, and a passion for innovation, particularly in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance service delivery, productivity, client outcomes, and employee effectiveness.
