Field Technician / Property Inspector

Field Technician: Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is looking to fill 2 full time/year-round Field Technician positions.

These positions include a mixture of minor maintenance as well as unit departure inspections and guest arrival inspections.

The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude.

This is a fast-paced position that will require solid organization skills, calling and scheduling vendors, accountability of workload and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card.

Job Responsibilities: Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.Manage property inventory and staging.Deliver needed items to guests.
