Engineer I, Electrical Systems Design (Apodaca, N.L.)

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Engineer I, Electrical Systems Design in our PLANT 4 APODACA Location.

The Application Engineer is a project engineer in charge of the customization of low voltage electrical equipment's using standard designs.

He/she customize the control & power distribution drawings based on customer specs and creates the BOM needed to build these equipment's.

What will you do?


* Engineering design of Low Voltage Draw out Switchgears


* Create BOMs to building equipment


* Continuous improvement projects


* Productivity projects


* Internal and external customer service


* Liaise with customers to help define system requirements.


* Provide commissioning assistance.


* Provide technical and sales support.


* Interface with Technical Support and Field Service Engineer

What qualifications will make you successful?


* University degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related


* Experience 2 to 5 years related to electrical devices or area


* Deep knowledge about low voltage electrical equipment's, electrical boards, AutoCAD.


* Important skills and competences: leadership, empowerment, good communicator, customer service.


* Fluent English,


* Must have a strong sense of urgency
