Customer Service Rep. - Outside Sales

Job Duties: Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow up after the saleRoute call information as needed to appropriate store personnel and related team members.Answer and follow-up timely on calls.Discuss and upsell extended warranty program as applicable, share leads.Coordinate resolution process from start to finish.Report issues with unresolved problems to appropriate team.Process documentation as requiredAll other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred.Call Center experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Good telephone communication skills required.Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
