In this hands-on role, you will safely deliver, set up, and install premium wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and saunas at customer homes.

This position combines logistics, technical installation, and customer service.

Team members work collaboratively to ensure each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



* Delivery & Installation
+ Operate company delivery vehicles, trailers, and equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Load, transport, assemble, and install hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and related accessories at customer locations.
+ Ensure products are properly positioned, leveled, and ready for customer use.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during delivery or installation.
+ Assist team members with maneuvering large products safely into place.


* Customer Service
+ Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after delivery.
+ Answer basic product questions and ensure customers understand setup and next steps.
+ Maintain a positive, professional demeanor to create a strong customer experience.


* Documentation
+ Accurately complete delivery records, proof of delivery, and required paperwork.
+ Utilize company-issued tablet for documentation and reporting.


* Safety Compliance
+ Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
+ Use proper lifting techniques and provided safety equipment.
+ Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment.
