Cafe East Line Cook- AM or PM

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring experienced Cooks for our Cafe East Restaurant.

We are currently seeking hard-working and experienced individuals to join our team as a cook Typical Hours: 3pm-11pm or 4 pm-12 am, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Weekends and holidays are required.

Job Responsibilities: Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station.

Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes.

Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.

Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chefs guidance.

Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.

Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils.

Store equipment at the end of shifts.

Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene.
