Position Summary

The Product Manager, Professional Promotion will support the development and execution of CAPLYTA healthcare professional promotional strategy across Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Bipolar Depression (BPD).

Working with the Product Director, Professional Promotion, this role will translate brand strategy, clinical data, customer insights, and performance analytics into compelling, compliant HCP-facing resources and integrated engagement initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, field execution, and brand performance.
