Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily workflow for a team of detailers to ensure "Front-Line Ready" and customer delivery units are completed on schedule.Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.Monitor supply levels (soaps, waxes, equipment) and to ensure the department remains efficient.

What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).The ability to stay organized and keep a team motivated in a high-volume, fast-moving dealership environment.Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
