Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities


* Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.


* Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met.


* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.


* Follow recipes, portion controls, and production schedules.


* Assist with inventory and food storage procedures.

Qualifications


* Previous cooking experience preferred.


* Knowledge of food safety regulations.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings is a plus.
