This job description outlines the primary responsibilities through which employees embody our CARE values and contribute to the companys mission of outstanding service Responsibilities/Duties: Able to work independently under the direction of the Pharmacist In Charge or Lead Travel Pharmacy TechnicianFills Automated Dispensing System restocks for Facilities Adds medications into the Automatic Dispensing System (ADS) Analyzes and adjusts quantities for different facility ADSAssist with trouble shoot ADS issuesOrganize setting up and prefill new ADS machines Prepacks medications Handle foils medication into blister cardsMaintain active communication with PIC and Lead and pharmacy staff Utilize reporting applications (myQlink, OmniCenter) Identify and address discrepancies to ensure proper billingReplace potentially expiring inventoryRestock depleted inventorMonthly audits (cycle count)Provide reports for the facilityComplete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Licensed Pharmacy Technician requiredPrevious pharmacy experience required (one-year experience in long-term care preferred)Experience with Automated Dispensing Systems (Pyxis, Omnicell) and Data Entry preferredAble to use various programs and applications efficiently and able to troubleshoot ADS problemsGood organizational skills and detail orientedBasic math and analytical skills Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc.
