Maintain a visible and professional security presence Protect clients, employees, customers, and assets Provide exceptional customer service Monitor the property and conduct patrols Identify and report security concerns Complete accurate incident and activity reports Support loss prevention and safety procedures Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary Follow Metro One and client policies, including our hands-off policy Represent Metro One and our client's brand with professionalism In a luxury and high-volume retail environment, professionalism matters.
