Training & Onboarding Coordinator

The Training & Onboarding Coordinator supports hands-on training and education for non-technical retail team members across Edgeless Beauty Group brands, plays a key role in New Hire Orientation Week, and supports retail hiring efforts.

Essential Job Functions: Facilitate and coordinate New Hire Orientation Week for retail team members, including scheduling, materials, and facilitator coordination Deliver hands-on training on service standards, systems, and product knowledge to non-technical retail team members Track new hire training completion and onboarding progress in UKG Assist in maintaining the education and training calendar across brands Provide logistical support for in-person training sessions (room setup, materials, sign-in sheets) Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first weeks, ensuring a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience Maintain accurate training documentation and records in employee files Support communication of training updates and schedule changes to team members and leadership Assist with special training and education projects as assigned All other administrative support as needed Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training and/or Credentials: Background in teaching, training, coaching, or education preferred 0-2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates welcome Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking to and engaging groups Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn UKG and other internal systems A strong desire to serve and support others Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Fast-paced, guest-facing environment across multiple locations Ability to sit and stand for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Travel between EBG locations may be required
