This may include, but not limited to, giving information on the facility, products and services, assisting with reservations, and collecting payments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for marina members and guests Develop and maintain effective, friendly working relationships with staff, members, and guests Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the marina's commitment to hospitality Respond to member questions and needs via phone, email, and in person, promptly and professionally Handle conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfully Assist with slip agreements, member onboarding, and account maintenance Process credit and check payments, invoices, and member transactions; follow up on past-due balances Coordinate reservations for guest slips, club events, and marina amenities Support marina events and member programs Maintain accurate member records and documentation Assist with property communications, newsletters, and event promotions Provide information on marina products and services Coordinate with dock staff and marina management to ensure member needs are met Help enforce marina policies and procedures in a professional manner Perform routine administrative tasks, including office leasing Available to work overtime when required Other duties as assigned by Manager Key Competencies Hospitality mindset Professionalism Problem-solving Teamwork Adaptability Member-focused approach Conflict resolution Reliability and accountability Safety and Environmental Responsibilities Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area Report all accidents, injuries, spills and...
