Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $85,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $83,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA.

The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region.

Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Associate Division Director, the Program Director provides operational oversight on pooled/shared activities (supervision of shared administrative staff, maintenance of shared equipment and space, manage site compliance issues related to TJC, etc.) and maintain operational, fiscal and programmatic oversight of one or more identified core programs.

The Program Director works with staff, community agencies, and other entities to provide quality services.

Key Responsibilities -

Program Leadership & Supervision


* Lead and manage the program in obtaining operational, contractual, budgetary, Joint Commission, safety, practice, and policy standards.


* Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and develop direct reports per agency guidelines.


* Manage the implementation of Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts.


* Work in partnership with other Aspiranet program leaders to support shared operational, administrative and programmatic functions.
