The Cook 1 is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards, supporting bothrestaurant outlets and banquet functions, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items to specification and quality standards Assist with production for restaurant service and banquet events Follow standardized recipes and accurately execute orders from kitchen tickets Support prep work, station setup, and breakdown Ensure consistency, presentation, and proper portion control Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Collaborate with culinary team to execute high-volume and specialty events
