(CSSI) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team! As our Senior Accountant, you will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer and play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

What You'll Do Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounting transactionsPrepare accurate accounting reports and communicate resultsAnalyze financial information and summarize financial performanceSupport month-end and year-end closing processesPerform daily and monthly financial reconciliations, including credit card transactions and settlements, prepaid accounts, bank refund accounts, and refund activityResearch and resolve account discrepanciesPrepare and file state sales and use tax returns accurately and on timeAssist with financial auditsProvide monthly financial reporting to internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in forecasting and financial standards processesIdentify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and procedures What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of accounting or finance experienceExperience preparing and analyzing financial statementsStrong understanding of accounting and financial principlesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlinesCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information appropriately If you're a motivated accounting professional looking for your next opportunity to grow, contribute, and be part of a strong team, apply today and take the next step in your accounting career with Chattanooga Shooting Supplies!
