Specialist Lead, Risk and Compliance Services (AFSO)

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer Specialist Lead to support security operations for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs.

This role administers National Industrial Security Program requirements, implements security procedures and controls, and applies strong physical security knowledge for DoD classified facilities, including secure area operations, access controls, facility safeguards, and inspection readiness.

The role partners with Deloitte account teams, engagement leaders, other internal divisions (Enterprise Solutions), and government stakeholders.

As a Specialist Lead, Risk and Compliance Services on the GPS Security team, you will be responsible for...


* Administer National Industrial Security Program requirements for classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, agency-sensitive, and Public Trust programs


* Implement security procedures and controls for Department of Defense classified facilities, including secure area operations, access controls, and facility safeguards


* Support inspection readiness, self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and physical security compliance activities across classified environments


* Partner with Deloitte account teams, engagement leaders, Enterprise Solutions, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support program security requirements


* Support security activities across the contract lifecycle, from proposal support through contract closeout

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; an associate degree plus work experience may be considered



* Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access, as required
