As a Cook III, you'll be part of an exceptional culinary team guided by Master Chef of France, Chef Bertrand Bouquin, while working with talented culinary professionals in a variety of kitchen environments.

Gain experience preparing a variety of cuisines and dining experiences, from casual dining and upscale à la carte service to banquets and special events, while learning from experienced chefs and expanding your culinary skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

In this role, you will prepare a variety of hot and cold food items for restaurant outlets, banquets, and catering events while following established recipes and culinary standards.

You will work closely with the culinary leadership team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.

Qualifications



* 1 year of experience in a professional full-service kitchen required.


* Culinary school or apprenticeship program preferred.


* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
