Your role as Sales Administration Associate: Accurately enter custom sales orders into the ERP systemEnsure the accuracy and completeness of each job file (i.e.

bond information, sales contracts, etc.)Regularly review open sales orders and work with all departments to update the status of these ordersPrepare accounts payable for processingAccounts receivable, including invoicing, application of payments and collection calls, working closely with sales as neededPerform credit checks and set up new customers in the ERP systemProvide a high level of service internally to our associates and externally to our customersAny other administrative duties that may be required, such as scanning, responding to customer calls, etc.

What Were Looking For: AAS in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experienceStrong customer service skillsOutstanding attention to detail and ability to multi-taskOutgoing personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComputer proficiency required, specifically Excel and database programsAbility to read prints and contract drawings a plus Who We Are: Fort Miller Precast is a subsidiary company of Fort Miller Group, an employee-owned company.
