BIM Coordinator

An Astoria based General Contracting firm is currently seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator.

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for the company-wide oversight of MEP BIM Coordination and As-Built processes across the active project portfolio.

The BIM Coordinator serves as the company's primary internal resource for BIM Coordination, providing centralized oversight of project-specific BIM Coordinators and ensuring coordination deliverables meet company, project, design, constructability, and applicable code requirements.

The role establishes coordination requirements and standards, oversees the quality and performance of BIM Coordination services, performs technical and QA/QC reviews, and supports resolution of coordination issues throughout preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
