Branch Manager

Compensation: $66-$82k + Commission Schedule: In-office, travel locally.
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How Youll Do It As Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, develop recruiters, and deliver responsive customer service.
This is an ideal next step for someone who knows recruiting and hiring, enjoys meeting people, and has the initiative to learn sales and grow local accounts.
Grow and retain customer relationships through strong service, problem-solving, and expanded account support.Lead recruiting and hiring from sourcing and screening through onboarding, placement, and retention.Motivate and coach recruiters through clear expectations, regular feedback, recognition, accountability, and hands-on support.Build connections across the local market through networking, community involvement, referrals, customer visits, and prospect outreach to grow the customer base.Understand changing customer needs and provide practical staffing solutions with timely, honest communication.Manage branch goals, budget, productivity, service, and performance metrics to support profitable growth.Ensure compliant hiring practices and adherence to employment laws and company policies.Provide flexible support outside normal business hours when customer or employee needs require it.Perform all other duties as assigned.

Recruiting, hiring, staffing operations, workforce management, or related customer-facing experience.Ability to coach, motivate, set expectations, and hold a team accountable.Confidence speaking with customers, candidates, employees, and community contacts.A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and direct communication.Initiative and willingness to learn sales, create new connections, network throughout the market, and turn relationships into customer opportunities.Associate degree or equivalent experience; valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a personal vehicle for local travel.
