Sales - VP Regional Manager
Purpose
The Vice President, Regional Manager - Sales and Service leads profitable growth across a defined geographic region by setting strategic direction, driving execution, and building competitive advantage through people.
This role is accountable for achieving Orders Taken, invoicing, and margin objectives while ensuring world-class customer service, operational discipline, and alignment with EFCO's Core Values.
As a senior leader with fiduciary responsibilities, the VP Regional Manager also safeguards EFCO's financial integrity and reputation by ensuring compliance with corporate policy, effective risk management, and responsible stewardship of company assets.
This role serves as a key link between corporate leadership and district execution, ensuring regional performance contributes to EFCO's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Culture (25%)

Operational Profitability and Growth (25%)
* Deliver regional sales performance by meeting or exceeding Orders Taken, invoicing, and profitability targets.
* Expand EFCO's presence in new markets while deepening relationships with existing customers, including large international contractors.
* Partner with engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate functions to ensure timely delivery, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain financial discipline by managing accounts receivable, credits, and expense control at the regional level.
