Talent Acquisition Intern (Polanco, CDMX)

What will you do?


* Support end-to-end recruitment process in talent acquisition Early Career team by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records


* Support offer and onboarding processes for selected candidates.


* Assist with university relations initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding activities


* Provide follow-up and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later


* Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required


* Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


* Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail


* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment


* Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems


* Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences



*Graduation Date: December 2027 or later



*Morning Availability



*Strong English Proficiency is a MUST
