Field Service Representative – Power Systems

Join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical power electrical equipment for our customers.

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What will you do?


* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on customers' electrical equipment.



* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power electrical systems and equipment.



* Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites.



* Collaborate with the local service team to deliver efficient and high-quality field service support.



* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.



* Complete service reports, technical documentation, and other administrative tasks related to field interventions.



* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.



* Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining power electrical equipment.



* ANRE IIIB certification or higher.



* Strong commitment to electrical and job-site safety practices.



* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.



* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.



* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.



* Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.



* Valid Category B driver's license with a clean driving record.
