* Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


* Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.


* Employee must have a current US Passport to commute every day to our Mexican plant


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, aerospace) from an accredited institution.


* Active student status required; must provide proof of enrollment.


* Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Excellent analytical skills.


* Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.


* Strong organizational skills.


* Relevant internship/work/research experience a plus.
