This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area.

The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance-in a J&J way-to our Operating Companies around the world.

ITC Collections & Dispute Management Analyst - is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of customer collections and dispute management activities within the Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) process, supporting Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance.

This role supports high‑risk, high‑value customer portfolios and ensures timely cash collection, accurate dispute resolution, and compliance with internal controls and service level commitments.
