Quality Engineer

Fő feladatok:


* Risk & Control dokumentáció karbantartása: PFMEA, Control Plan, OWS (Operating Work Standard).


* CAPA folyamat vezetése (gyökérokelemzés, akció meghatározás, bevezetett akciók hatékonyságának verifikációja).


* Adatgyűjtés és havi megbeszélések: KPI riportok (pl.

scrap, FPY, Pareto).


* Napi scrap meeting, hibaelemzés és selejtcsökkentő akciók indítása/követése.


* Eltérési engedélyek kezelése: kockázatértékelés, ideiglenes engedélyek, lejáratok követése.


* Növekvő kockázat esetén ideiglenes ellenőrzések megtervezése


* KATA QRCI facilitálás: gyors reagálású problémamegoldás és vizualizált akciókövetés

Elvárások:


* Mérnöki végzettség és 2-5 év Quality Engineer tapasztalat gyártóiparban.


* FMEA/Control Plan/OWS gyakorlati karbantartása; CAPA és RCA (5Why, Ishikawa) jártasság.


* Adatelemzés és riportálás (Excel; előny ármely adatvizualizációs eszköz ismerete).


* Angol B2.
