We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) and a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our morning team (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center.

Duties


* Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care.


* Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.


* Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.


* Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts.


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications


* Active RN/LPN License (required)


* Prior experience preferred.
